Plan now to promote your new product or service at the AARC Congress 2023!
The New Product Showcase is the perfect place to shine the spotlight on your new product and/or service in front of thousands of respiratory care professionals.
It will provide you, your booth and your new product/service valuable exposure to Congress attendees!
ENTRY DEADLINE: OCTOBER 20, 2023
The sooner you submit your materials and payment the longer your product will have exposure on the Congress 2023 website.
The New Product Showcase will provide you valuable exposure to Congress attendees including:
> BEFORE THE EVENT
- VISIBILITY – For your new product or service included in the New Product Showcase gallery under the Attendee Resources and Exhibit Hall tabs on the Congress 2023 website.
- SOCIAL REACH – Via posts on our social media pages and platforms about the New Product Showcase*.
> DURING THE EVENT
- EXHIBIT HALL – A link to the New Product Showcase gallery included in the exhibit hall directory
> AFTER THE EVENT
- BE SEEN – New Product Showcase participants will be featured in a post-event News Now email.
HOW DO I QUALIFY?
All of the following requirements must be met before your entry will be considered as an option for the New Product Showcase:
- You must be an exhibitor in good standing at the AARC.
- The product must be introduced to the industry between December 1, 2022- February 9, 2023.
- The product must be available to the market no later than February 9, 2023.
- The product must be a new innovation or a line extension.
*We will not be promoting specific products. We will be promoting the New Product Showcase in general.
**Each new product requires its own participation fee.
