The Dell Children’s Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center is a specialty program within UT Health Austin Pediatric Neurosciences at Dell Children’s, a clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin.
The Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center diagnoses, treats, and manages the care for children and adolescents with functional limitations as a result of medical conditions that affect the brain, spinal cord, nerves, bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons. Our center’s inpatient program and outpatient clinics help children become as independent as possible within the scope of their diagnosis.
Our patients receive ongoing management and recommendations for rehabilitation interventions to support their neurodevelopmental recovery needs. The Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center care team are experts in addressing the full range of neurological, behavioral, and developmental problems in children, adolescents, and young adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
