You can add the web sticker to your website, e-mails, e-newsletters, or any other electronic communications, or you can use it in your printed marketing materials.

To ensure that you get as much booth traffic as possible, inform attendees (and potential buyers) ahead of time that your company will be exhibiting at the NAESP Convention. Let them know who you are and what you have to offer. Target your audience, invite them to visit your booth, and most importantly, give them an incentive to do so! With so many booths to visit in such a short time, you’ll have to make your booth stand out.
Tips for executing an effective pre-show promotion:
• Segment your audience based on their area of expertise and send out a customized pre-show invitation (tailor your promotions to their school’s specific needs).
• Invite clients and prospects to your booth often – a series of three or four promotions can be more effective than a single mailing.
• Switch up your marketing effort – send a postcard, then follow up with an e-mail broadcast or telemarketing campaign.
Attendee List Rental
Because the best way to attract attendees to your booth is to conduct an effective marketing campaign, purchasing a pre-show attendee list should be your first step. Lists include names, titles, schools, and addresses of all of the attendees who will physically be at the convention in Tampa. Write to email@example.com about list rental.
