The RMEF Hunter & Outdoor Christmas Expo is co-located in the South Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center with The Cowboy Channell Cowboy Christmas!  Hunter & Outdoor Christmas is on the second floor, Cowboy Christmas is on the first. The expo coincides with the ten days of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR). The show hours are the same as The Cowboy Channel Cowboy Christmas, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

100 – 899 square feet = $22.50 per sq. ft.
900 + square feet (bulk space) = $19.00 per sq. ft.

Each booth space includes one 500w electrical outlet, ID sign and 8' back drape and 3' side drape.

Move-In Information:

Exhibitor Move-In will begin on Monday, November 28 at 8:00 am. Since Hunter & Outdoor Christmas is on the second floor of the convention center, all traffic will be regulated on the loading dock ramp. All drivers/exhibitors will be required to line up on the West end of the South Halls 3 & 4 ramp.  

POV drivers will be allowed to drive-up to the booth space if there are no obstructions.  POV drivers must unload items, exit the building and park your vehicle and then return to set-up your booth.  POV drive-up will likely be easiest on Monday, December 2nd.  PLEASE REVIEW THE POV REQUIREMENTS IN THE EXHIBITOR KIT HERE.

Cart load service is available from Las Vegas Expo for POV drivers if you need assistance unloading your booth materials.  Please see the exibitor manual for additional details.

Las Vegas Expo does charge a vehicle spotting fee of $150 for exhibitors who place motorized vehicles in their booth for display.

The RMEF Hunter & Outdoor Christmas Exhibitor Check-in Desk along with the Las Vegas Expo Service Center desk will be located near the loading dock doors.  PLEASE PICK UP YOUR EXHIBITOR BADGES AT THE CHECK-IN DESK.  Exhibitor Badges are required by all exhibitors during move-in and outside the show hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Children under the age of 18 are NOT allowed on the show floor during exhibitor set-up or tear down for liability reasons.

All exhibits must be set-up and ready prior to show opening on Thursday, December 1 at 9:00 am.

POV Reminders:
POV service is offered for Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) ONLY.  POVs include cars, station wagons, vans, pickup trucks, trailers/horse trailers under 35' in length (the floor space within the trailer - not including a gooseneck where applicable), and COMPANY OWNED box trucks under 26' in length.  The vehicle must be owned by the company or an employee of the company (proof of ownership must be provide upon request).  The vehicle CANNOT be owned or operated by a private carrier or be a rental vehicle (UHaul, Penske, Ryder, etc.).  POVs will be allowed to drive onto the show floor to be unloaded by the exhibitor.  Shipments not within the designated parameters of a POV will be subject to material handling or fork lift charges.  Please refer to the exhibitor manual for additional charges that may apply.

Exhibitor Parking:
Parking is available for exhibitors during the show days of December 1-10 in the Las Vegas Convention Center Silver, Gold, Bronze & Platinum Lots.  There is a parking fee of $10 per day.

RMEF will be selling discounted exhibitor parking passes during move-in only.  Please see us at the Exhibitor Check-In Desk for details.

Move-Out Information:
All exhibits must remain intact until 5:01 pm Saturday, December 10th. No dismantling may take place before this time.  Empty containers will be automatically returned to your booth.  This process can take 3-5 hours to be completed.  Once your booth is fully packed up and ready to leave, please return your material handling agreement to the Service Desk near the loading dock doors.  All freight carriers must check in by 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 11th.  ALL OUT BY 5:00 PM SUNDAY, DECEMBER 11TH.

Exhibitor Room Block:
An announcement will be made soon regarding the 2022 Exhibitor Hotel Room Block.

Firearms Regulations:
It is the responsibility of all vendors who display firearms to make them inoperable by removing the firing pins or using an approved locking device.  Live ammunition, powder or primers may not be brought into the exhibit hall. All firearms must be under the close supervision of exhibitors at all times and locked and secured during non-show hours.

Sales Tax:
The current Nevada Sales Tax is 8.375%. The State of Nevada requires RMEF to provide a list of vendors prior to the show. When you arrive, RMEF will distribute the tax form to you. Each exhibitor must complete a One Time Sales Tax report and return it, along with any tax collected, to RMEF at the end of the show. RMEF will then remit the payment directly to the Nevada Department of Taxation. Your name, address, federal identification number of your business and the amount sold and tax collected must be on the form. Checks must be made payable to the Nevada Department of Taxation.

Centerplate - Exhibitor Catering Kit
Centerplate is the official food and beverage provider of the Las Vegas Convention Center.  No outside food or beverage is permitted.  This includes bottled water and displays of candy.  Centerplate offers a catering menu for exhibitors.  

Food & Beverage Sampling/Sales
Any exhibitors wishing to sell food and/or beverage must directly manufacture and produce the consumable products themselves.  Approved food/beverage exhibitors that wish to also sample must submit a formal request to show management.  You will be provided with paperwork to obtain permission from the facility and Centerplate, the food and beverage provider at the Las Vegas Convention Center. A permit may also be required for some vendors from the Southern Nevada Health District.  Contact Show Management for details.

Miscellaneous Exhibitor Information:
No items containing helium can be used within the facility and nothing is to be nailed, attached, hung or sprayed onto any part of the facility. Exhibitors who plan to display vehicles within their booths must notify show management and must follow the appropriate fire and safety exhibit guidelines.
