Here are some important links you'll want to know about:

 Order booth furnishings  
Virtually anything you need for your booth, such as carpet or furniture, electrical, lead retrieval, catering, etc., can be obtained using the online Exhibitor Service Kit provided by our general service contractor, Freeman. Contact phone numbers and email addresses can be found for all service providers as well. 

 Make hotel reservations 
The Embassy Suites Austin-Downtown, located just down the street from the Palmer Events Center, is host hotel for this year's event. If desired you can call the hotel directly at 512-469-9000 to check on availability.

 Make a payment/Print an invoice 
If you have already reserved your booth but are not confirmed (made a payment), you can print your invoice or make a credit card payment by logging in and entering the password you were sent via email when you signed up.

Register your booth personnel 
Exhibitor booth personnel registration for the 2018 conference is being provided by American Tradeshow Solutions (ATS), and for that reason will look and function differently than it has in the past. This year all exhibiting companies will receive an email with a special registration link geared specifically to their company. Click on the link and follow the instructions to enter your booth personnel. Remember, you get a maximum of three people per 10×10. Of those, two are complimentary with the ability to purchase a third.
