Romidot Ltd. was established in 1994, as a Start-Up company, dedicated to the development of new computer aided technologies for inspection and measurement. The RomiShape system became a world-wide success and an Industry Standard in Aluminum Extrusion, PVC (Vinyl) Extrusion and Rubber Seals & Extrusion parts. Hundreds of companies around the world share a common platform for the inspection and measurement of profiles. Suppliers and customers use the same technology enabling a fast and seamless method for exchanging Quality Control related data thus truly proving Romidot's vision of “Shaping the future of Quality”.
In 2005 Romidot launched the new generation of Camera-based inspection and measurement systems known as Romidot VISION. This family of inspection systems takes Quality Control into the 21st century with levels of accuracy and performance not experienced before in profile industries and expanding the application fields into three-dimensional articles as well.To day the installed base of Romidot Ltd exceeds 800 installations world wide. |
