ACT Message to Exhibitors:
As COVID-19 and its associated variants continue to be a national and global concern, the American College of Toxicology remains steadfast in our promise to place the health and well-being of our attendees as the highest priority. The recent surge of the Delta variant led ACT Council to make the difficult decision on September 7th to host the 42nd Annual Meeting virtually.
Based on feedback from 2020 regarding the virtual exhibition, we will not offer virtual booths this year. Instead, we decided to think outside the box a bit, and we are pleased to offer the following options to our 2021 exhibitors:
- Announcing…. Talking Tox Webinars! Formerly known as Exhibitor Hosted Webinars (EHWs), these are commercially supported educational presentations, to be held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting, now being offered as an exclusive opportunity to all confirmed 2021 Exhibitors in lieu of a virtual booth
Talking Tox is a fantastic new opportunity to make a presentation and educate ACT attendees while promoting your products and services or demonstrating a new product launch. These webinars will be promoted to toxicologists around the world, include the opportunity for live Q&A to allow you to actually CONNECT with your target audience, and will be available on-demand through February 15, 2022.
Here’s how it works:
Cost: $1,250 for a 30-60 minute webinar. Your booth payment can be transferred to a Talking Tox Webinar; webinars can be scheduled on select dates between November 8, 2021 and January 27, 2022. All Talking Tox webinars will be available to Annual Meeting registrants on demand through February 15, 2022.
Logistics: Your presentation can be prerecorded or presented live, either way, you will have the opportunity to engage with participants during live Q&A afterward.
By committing to a Talking Tox Webinar, you will also keep your listing on our Exhibits website, and will earn two Priority Points for 2021. You also have the option of adding on an Enhanced Digital Content Listing on the ACT Exhibits website for even more visibility (see details below).
Already booked an EHW? If you have a confirmed EHW, staff will reach out to you to re-confirm your details.
We certainly understand the void this pandemic has caused for our exhibitors being able to connect with current and potential clients, and we strongly encourage you to consider this great opportunity to connect with ACT Annual Meeting registrants.
If a Talking Tox Webinar is not of interest to you, here are your options regarding your booth payment:
- Silver Level Annual Meeting Support – $2,500 – Convert your booth payment to become an Annual Meeting Supporter and continue to gain valuable exposure before, during, and after the meeting! Benefits include:
