Talking Tox Programs

Talking Tox Programs (TTPs) are commercially supported educational sessions held in conjunction with the ACT Annual Meeting. TTPs provide exhibitors with the opportunity to make a presentation, educate attendees, and promote their products and services, and/or demonstrate a new product launch. Banner Ads and Press Releases on the ACT Exhibition Site


Banner Ads – Banner ads on the ACT Expo Live! site generate an impressive overall CTR (click-through rate) of 18%. Generate valuable leads by splashing your company logo or advertisement on the ACT Expo Live! floor map with a link to your website.  ACT attendees review the online exhibitor listings and floor map frequently to plan their visit to the Exhibit Hall. Ads will appear on the Exhibit Hall Map page.  Tremendous exposure at a very reasonable rate!  Banner Ad: $350 for four months.  

Press Releases – a great way to gain more exposure through your online presence. One (1) complimentary press release is included in the standard booth package; four (4) are included with the Enhanced Digital Content package. Additional press release postings can be purchased for $50 each (limit two [2] posts per month). Annual Meeting Support

The ACT Annual Meeting offers a unique, intimate environment unlike any other in the toxicology community. Because of the top-notch scientific programming and well-known, expert speakers who present the latest science, this meeting has earned a reputation among toxicologists worldwide for being the “must attend” event of the year, giving Annual Meeting Supporter access to the top scientists in the field. 

Supporters are recognized for their good citizen role in supporting and enabling the success of the Annual Meeting. ACT provides acknowledgment through the ACT member newsletter, signage at the meeting, on the event App, the ACT website, including a hyperlink to the supporting companies' websites, and more!

Lead Retrieval 

Lead Retrieval is once again tied to the ACT 2022 Mobile App. Exhibitors will be able to add unlimited customized questions to qualify your leads. Cost to participate is $350. Please contact Kristin Gibson at kgibson@actox.org to order.


ToxHunt! A Scavenger Hunt in the Exhibit Hall

This very popular activity is designed as an incentive for all attendees to visit with exhibitors. Attendees will be on the hunt for “Dr. Fox” in participating exhibitors’ booths and will be entered in a Grand Prize Drawing for fantastic prizes once they have earned the required number of points. Attendees will be required scan a QR code and answer a multiple-choice question, giving exhibitors the opportunity to actually speak with attendees, engage, and collect their contact information along with their needs and wants!
