Poster Session will take place in the hall on Monday evening.

Exhibit Hall will close for one hour during lunch on both days.

Sunday, November 13

2:00 PM–6:30 PM: Exhibitor Setup (no entry after 6:00 PM)*
*Exhibits must be set by 6:30 PM on Sunday.
 

Monday, November 14  

9:30 AM—12:00 Noon 
12:00 Noon—1:00 PM Closed for Awards Ceremony
1:00 PM—6:30 PM  
5:00—6:30 PM Poster Session in Exhibit Hall

Tuesday, November 15

7:30 AM–12:00 PM 
7:30—9:00 Continental Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
12:00 PM–1:00 PM Closed for lunch on your own and Talking Tox Programs
1:00 PM–4:30 PM
4:30 PM–6:30 PM Exhibitor Booth and Poster Dismantle

Booth Details:

The generous booth package includes two Full Registration badges (1 for nonprofits); an 8’ high back wall drape and a 3’ high side drape; a 6’ draped table; two chairs; and one wastebasket.

The exhibit hall is not carpeted.  In 2022, to facilitate frequent and more rigorous sanitation practices the exhibit hall aisles will not be carpeted. Exhibitors will not be required to provide floor covering in their booth space, but may rent booth carpet through Alliance Exposition Services if they so choose.

Exhibitor Service Kit
- Alliance Expositions is the official General Service Contractor for ACT Expo Live!  The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in early August and will provide all the information and forms for ordering booth furnishings, services, and supplies.  An email will be sent to all exhibitors at that time with a link to the kit.
