• Refreshment breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall both days.
• Poster Session will take place in the hall on Monday evening.
• Breakfast reception in Exhibit Hall Tuesday morning.
• Exhibit Hall will close for one hour during lunch on both days.
• Exhibit hours are subject to change.
Sunday, November 12
2:00 PM–6:30 PM: Exhibitor Setup (no entry after 6:00 PM)*
*Exhibits must be set by 6:30 PM on Sunday.
Monday, November 13
9:30 AM–12:00 Noon
12:00 Noon–1:00 PM Closed for Awards Ceremony (open to all registered attendees)
1:00 PM–6:30 PM
5:00 PM–6:30 PM Poster Session in Exhibit Hall
Tuesday, November 14
8:00 AM–12:00 Noon
8:00 AM–9:00 AM Continental Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
12:00 Noon–1:00 PM Closed for lunch on your own and Talking Tox Programs
1:00 PM–4:30 PM
Booth Details:
The generous booth package includes two Full Registration badges (1 for nonprofits); an 8’ high back wall drape and a 3’ high side drape; a 6’ draped table; two chairs; one wastebasket; a 7"x44" Standard Booth Identification Sign and booth number floor stickers.
The exhibit hall is carpeted. Exhibitors may rent booth carpet through Alliance Exposition Services if they so choose.
