Exhibit at ACT Expo 2026
The ACT Annual Meeting and Expo offers exhibitors a highly engaging environment to connect with nearly 1,300 toxicologists, research scientists, industry consultants, and allied professionals—all gathered in one place. With built-in networking and marketing opportunities throughout the meeting, exhibitors benefit from consistent, meaningful exposure to attendees.
The Exhibit Hall serves as a central hub where attendees can explore products and services relevant to toxicology. Scientific posters, daily coffee breaks, an evening social, and other special events are held in the hall, providing frequent opportunities for attendees to visit exhibits, engage in conversations, and identify solutions from trusted industry partners. The meeting’s intentionally sized format fosters relaxed, high-quality interactions between exhibitors and participants.
All booth rental applications are subject to approval by the ACT Council. Executive Management reserves the right to decline applications that do not align with ACT’s educational mission or the professional standards expected by the toxicology scientific community.

Priority Points System:
Exhibit space sales will be conducted on a priority point-based system. Exhibitors receive one point each year for commercial booths, regardless of the number of exhibit spaces utilized. In the case of a company merger or the acquisition of another exhibiting organization, ACT will use the higher point total accumulated by either organization. The Exhibits Manager must be notified in writing of company mergers or acquisitions, including a public transaction announcement. Once booths become available to the public, they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to space availability. A 50% booth deposit must be paid upon booth confirmation to secure the space reservation. Companies must demonstrate relevance to the field of toxicology. Applications for exhibit space are subject to the approval of the American College of Toxicology Council.
Exhibit Space Cancellations and Reductions in Space:
In the event of booth cancellation or downsizing, the exhibitor must notify the College in writing; otherwise, refunds will not be considered. If a company cancels its space, a 50% cancellation fee of the booth fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs before June 1, 2026. The company is responsible for the full cost if the event is canceled or reduced in size on or after July 1, 2025. Organizations that reduce their exhibit space will be assessed a fee as liquidated damages for the reduction, based on the following schedule: 50% of the reduced exhibit space cost on or before June 1, 2026, and 100% on or after June 2, 2026. For full details, please refer to the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations.
Sharing Space:
Exhibitors shall not assign, sublet, or share the whole or any part of the exhibit space contracted to them with another organization. The exhibitor agrees to limit the service and/or materials displayed in the assigned exhibit space to those purveyed only by the exhibitor.
