AgriPlex Genomics is a full-service genetic testing laboratory located in Cleveland, OH. With our patent-pending PlexSeq™ platform that utilizes Next Generation Sequencing technology, we are able to provide highly accurate genotyping data. We work with various tissue types (seeds, leaves, roots, etc.) and are able to multiplex between 25 to 2500 SNPs of interest. Our platform is a low-cost, fast turnaround, and flexible genotyping solution. PlexSeq™ is also available as a kit for customers to run in their own laboratories.
