Booth Guidelines
First-Time Exhibitors
Any company that has not exhibited with The Aesthetic Society in the past must go through the committee approval process. To begin this process, please email your company name, website, mission statement and product information to erika@surgery.org. You will be notified via email of the committee's decision.
Payment Process
Exhibitor payments will be accepted via credit card and check. All checks should be addressed as follows:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests in writing and received on or after March 10th but before March 31, will be offered one of these options:
- Roll over the full booth fee to 2022 - this gives you the opportunity to be in the first group (after the Partners) to choose your booth for 2022 which will take place over the summer.
- Roll over 50% of the booth fee and be refunded 50% of the booth fee - this gives you the opportunity to be in the second group (after the Partners) to choose your booth for 2022 which will take place over the summer.
- Refund of booth fee, minus 25% cancelation fee - will be invited to choose your space for 2022 after we’ve completed with everyone who participated in The Aesthetic Meeting 2021 or rolled over their 2021 funds to 2022.
Booth Size Reduction Policy
The Aesthetic Society will charge an administrative fee of 25% of the original confirmed total booth cost if the Exhibitor reduces its booth space at any point after confirmation.
