Tips for Exhibiting

  • Read the website VERY carefully. Many of your questions about exhibiting can be answered from information located there.
  • Read the monthly e-newsletters.
  • Submit your booth/company description prior to the March 15, 2021 deadline in order to receive an additional booth point.
  • Make sure your exhibitor badges are ordered by March 31, 2021.
  • Stay in The Aesthetic Society’s hotel housing block to earn 3 booth points.
  • Contact The Aesthetic Society’s exhibit team if you have any questions or concerns about your booth or the process.
  • Don't submit an incomplete Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) or Certificate of Insurance (COI) form. Due by: March 2, 2021.
  • Don't miss the Exhibitor Breakfast on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 7:00 AM in The Aesthetic Marketplace.

Will you provide attendee email addresses?
No, policy does not permit the release of email addresses.


Can exhibitors register for courses?
For no additional fees, Exhibitors may attend "All Inclusive" courses by going directly to the course room. If there is space available five (5) minutes prior to the course, exhibitors will be allowed entrance. 

For Optional Courses with Additional Fees, or S courses, exhibitors may register for courses that are not noted for "Surgeons Only" or "Nurses/PAS Only" by visiting Attendee Registration. All registration for courses can only be processed a half-hour before the course is to begin. No exceptions. 


Can exhibitors purchase additional tickets to the Presidential Welcome Celebration?
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, we are not selling additional tickets.
