Important Deadlines
Immediately

• Complete Application for Exhibit Space and Rules and Regulations forms and return with deposit (or full payment to earn additional priority points)

January 31, 2021

• Abstract submission form
• Floor Plan Approval

February 19, 2021

• Final payment due. $200 USD late fee for each booth not paid in full by this date

March 2, 2021

• Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) form
• Certificate of Insurance (COI - see sample) 

March 15, 2021

• Booth description, product categories and services information regarding show specials and/or giveaways due

March 26, 2021

• Industry Hosted Events and Meeting Space Requests due. For more information contact Kathleen McClemmy at kathleen@surgery.org.

March 31, 2021

• Booth cancellation deadline - 25% administrative fee of the total booth cost for ALL cancellations
• Exhibitor Badge Registration deadline

April 2, 2021

• Advance warehouse begins to accept freight

April 14, 2021

• Last day to take advantage of advance order discount rates - see Exhibitor Service Kit

April 22, 2021

• Last day for freight to the advance warehouse

April 30, 2021

• Shipments direct to show site accepted - additional fee
