Booth Guidelines
First-Time Exhibitors
Any company that has not exhibited with The Aesthetic Society in the past must go through the committee approval process. To begin this process, please email your company name, website, mission statement and product information to erika@theaestheticsociety.org. You will be notified via email of the committee's decision.
Payment Process
Exhibitor payments will be accepted via ACH, credit card online and checks. Details will be on the invoice. All checks should be addressed as follows:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests in writing and received on or after January 31, 2024, will be entitled to a credit or refund minus 25% of the total booth charge. Cancellation requests received after January 31, 2024, will not be honored.
Should The Aesthetic Society cancel The Aesthetic Meeting 2024, the following will be offered:
- Roll over the full booth fee to 2025 - this gives you the opportunity to be in the first group (after the Partners) to choose your booth for 2025 which will take place over the summer.
- Roll over 50% of the booth fee and be refunded 50% of the booth fee - this gives you the opportunity to be in the second group (after the Partners and those who roll over 100%) to choose your booth for 2025 which will take place over the summer.
- Refund of booth fee. You will be invited to choose your space for 2025 after we’ve completed with everyone who participated in The Aesthetic Meeting 2024 or rolled over their 2024 funds to 2025.
Booth Size Reduction Policy
The Aesthetic Society will charge an administrative fee of 25% of the original confirmed total booth cost if the Exhibitor reduces its booth space at any point after confirmation.
