The Aesthetic Society has contracted with hotels to provide you with the best locations and room rates for The Aesthetic MEET 2025.
onPeak - Housing Bureau - We strongly suggest that you make your reservations early in order to ensure accommodations. Exhibitors will not be able to hold more than two (2) rooms under one person's name. Names must be given at the time the reservation is made; you will be able to make name changes through onPeak up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. Click here to see a map of the hotels.
Hotel Reservation Policies: A two-night NON-REFUNDABLE room and tax deposit is required by credit card. On or around June 20, 2024, the hotel WILL charge the credit card on file 2 Nights Room and Tax per reservation in US Dollars. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
A non-refundable Credit Card Processing service fee equal to 3% of each hotel deposit will be charged to the credit card provided for each reservation. Reservations canceled from time of reservation until Thursday, January 16, 2025, by 11:59 pm Central Daylight Time (CDT)/9:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate and tax deducted from the deposit provided.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled on or before Thursday January 16, 2025, by 11:59pm Central Daylight Time (CDT)/9:59 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) to receive a refund of one-night room and tax deposit minus the non-refundable service fee
Reservations cancelled on or after Friday, January 17, 2025 at midnight Central Daylight Time (CDT)/9:59pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) becomes fully NON -REFUNDABLE of two-nights room tax deposit minus the non-refundable service fee.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Special Policy: An early departure will result in the loss of the 2 Night Room and Tax deposit and 100% of the remaining nights on the reservation. Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in loss of deposit of 2 Nights Room and Tax.
Please note: onPeak is the ONLY official housing bureau associated with the annual meeting of The Aesthetic Society and The Aesthetic Foundation. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are NOT endorsed by, nor affiliated with, our meeting. If you choose to book with a vendor other than onPeak, we strongly encourage you to verify their credentials before doing business with them. We also encourage you to independently confirm that your reservations have, in fact, been made and will be honored by directly contacting your chosen hotel, airline and/or rental car company.
