Friday,  May 15           10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday, May 16       10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday, May 17         10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

These hours are subject to change. The primary exhibit contact person will be notified via email should this occur.


Important Deadlines

Immediately

  • Complete Contract form and return with deposit (or full payment to earn additional priority points)
  • A minimum of 75% of the total booth fee is due. If you have already made a 50% deposit, payment due is 25% of the balance. If you paid your initial deposit online via credit card, your payment will automatically be processed.

December 31, 2025

  • Final Booth Payment Due
  • Booth cancellation deadline - 25% administrative fee of the total booth cost for ALL cancellations. No refund after this date.

January 14, 2026

  • Last date to take advantage of advance order discount rates for Lead Retrieval

January 31, 2026

  • Booth description, product categories and services information regarding show specials and/or giveaways due
  • Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form due
  • Island Booth Floorplan Approval - All exhibiting companies with island booths (20x20 or larger) must submit a floor plan for approval to erika@theaestheticsociety.org no later than January 31, 2026.  Floor plan must include scale drawings, booth dimensions, elevations, hanging signs, etc.

  • Advance warehouse begins to accept freight. 

April 15, 2026

May 6, 2026

  • Last day for freight to the advance warehouse

May 14, 2026

  • Shipments direct to show site accepted - additional fee

April 3, 2026

  • Exhibitor Badge Registration deadline
