Booth Descriptions

Descriptions must be completed in the Hub. Click here to access.

This is where you will now update your profile, your company logo, graphic header, etc. The first time you visit the Hub you will need to use the Forgot Password link and set a password of your preference before you will be able to login.

DEADLINE: January 31, 2026.  If submitted on or before January 31, 2026 - you will receive one (1) additional booth point. If submitted after, your profile may not be included in the meeting app.

The Aesthetic Society is NOT responsible for typos, incorrect spelling or any incorrect information.  This is solely user provided.  Please be sure to review your submissions carefully.

 

You may make any changes to your booth description, product categories and services as often as you would like UNTIL January 31, 2026. Information not submitted by this deadline will result in your information NOT being included or updated in The Aesthetic MEET materials.

(Acceptance of an exhibit description does not imply The Aesthetic Society/The Aesthetic Foundation endorsement of the product or service.)

As a reminder, we will NOT have a meeting program book.  All meeting information will be available on the meeting app.
