The Aesthetic Society has contracted with hotels to provide you with the best locations and room rates for The Aesthetic MEET 2026.
OnPeak - Housing Bureau - We strongly suggest that you make your reservations early in order to ensure accommodations. Exhibitors will not be able to hold more than two (2) rooms under one person's name. Names must be given at the time the reservation is made; you will be able to make name changes through onPeak up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. Click here to see a map of the hotels.
Deposit Policy
A valid credit card to guarantee your reservation(s) for deposit, no-shows and/or late cancellations. Credit cards MUST expire after the date of the event.
On, or about, February 2, 2026, ONPEAK will charge the credit card on file a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to one night room rate and tax plus a 3% service fee. Reservation(s) not guaranteed are subject to cancellation. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Upon check in at the hotel, A physical credit card is required for the remainder of the room and tax charge and the hotel will authorize an additional amount for incidental charges for each night of your stay. If no incidental charges are used, the hold will be released back to the credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty on or before February 1, 2026. On February 2, 2026, the credit card on file will be charged one night’s room rate, tax and 3% service fee.
Reservations cancelled on or after Monday, February 2, 2026, the deposit becomes FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
Special Policy
An early departure fee of all remaining nights will apply.
Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in a no-show charge of full room and tax to the individual. Reinstatement is subject to hotel availability.
Please note:OnPeak is the ONLY official housing bureau associated with the annual meeting of The Aesthetic Society and The Aesthetic Foundation. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are NOT endorsed by, nor affiliated with, our meeting. If you choose to book with a vendor other than onPeak, we strongly encourage you to verify their credentials before doing business with them. We also encourage you to independently confirm that your reservations have, in fact, been made and will be honored by directly contacting your chosen hotel, airline and/or rental car company.
