The Aesthetic Society has contracted with hotels to provide you with the best locations and room rates for The Aesthetic MEET 2027.
OnPeak - Housing Bureau - We strongly suggest that you make your reservations early in order to ensure accommodations. Exhibitors will not be able to hold more than two (2) rooms under one person's name. Names must be given at the time the reservation is made; you will be able to make name changes through onPeak up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. Click here to see a map of the hotels.
Deposit Policy
Each room reservation requires a deposit equal to two (2) nights’ room rate plus tax. This deposit will be charged to the credit card on file on August 4, 2026.
A non-refundable service and technology fee of 3.5% of each hotel deposit will also be charged to the credit card provided for each reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled on or before Tuesday, February 16, 2027, by 11:59 pm Central Daylight Time (CDT) / 9:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s room rate plus tax, which will be deducted from the deposit provided.
All deposits become fully non-refundable as of Wednesday, February 17, 2027.
Special Policy
An early departure fee of 1 night's room and tax may apply if hotel is not notified of an early departure prior to check-in.
Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in a no-show charge of 1 night's room and tax. Reinstatement is subject to hotel availability.
Please note: OnPeak is the ONLY official housing bureau associated with the annual meeting of The Aesthetic Society and The Aesthetic Foundation. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are NOT endorsed by, nor affiliated with, our meeting. If you choose to book with a vendor other than onPeak, we strongly encourage you to verify their credentials before doing business with them. We also encourage you to independently confirm that your reservations have, in fact, been made and will be honored by directly contacting your chosen hotel, airline and/or rental car company.
