Raspberries
Raspberries are little sweet-tart, delicate dynamos. They pack a punch of flavor and nutrition, full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. Raspberries are loaded with potassium for heart health and lowering blood pressure; manganese for bone health and regulating blood sugar; omega-3 fatty acids to help prevent stroke and heart disease.
