    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Nelson Line is excited to introduce their new JEREMYVILLE collection featuring the work of Jeremyville, the wonderful and enigmatic artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Our gift assortment, which includes cards, magnets and notebooks, is based on his Community Service Announcements or CSA's, drawings which Jeremy produces as daily online posts. To him these drawings represent a journey inward and navigate such concepts as love, self awareness and personal growth. They have grown into an ongoing mission to explore what it means to be human through simple imagery and words—to spread tiny ripples of change in other people's lives by sharing timeless, universal messages of social and personal transformation.

Couldn't we all use a little social and personal transformation right about now?

Showcasing the work of Mark Rothko and Stuart Davis....

  • Mark Rothko Boxed Notes

Mark Rothko was a leading painter of the New York School, which also included Jackson Pollock and Willem de Kooning. His early work, a blend of expressionism and surrealism, paved the way for his renowned images of soft-edged rectangular forms floating on fields of color. Influenced by mythology, philosophy, and classical music, his work is imbued with spirituality and emotion.

Inside each luxury notecard box are 5 stunning examples of Rothko’s paintings—4 each of 5 images with envelopes.

    Stuart Davis Boxed Notes

Stuart Davis was a major innovator and theorist in the evolution of American modernism and abstraction. Davis’ appropriation of images from popular culture throughout his career contributed to the aesthetic that was embraced by Pop artists in the 1960s. Blurring distinctions between what has historically been perceived as high and low art, between abstraction and figuration, and between text and imagery, Davis’ innovative works remain both resonant and relevant, and they continue to influence art today.

Inside each luxury notecard box are an array of Davis’ groundbreaking paintings—4 each of 5 images with envelopes.
