The Teia de Linho is a company that has emerged due to the strong relationship between the founders and the manual embroidery from Vale do Sousa region. Growing up in direct contact with the embroiderers, since very early, we learn to value and preserve this unique cultural heritage.
Considered as embroidery of excellence due to its variety and richness of stitches, we feel that we must show its exceptional beauty. We want to bring you some of that art. Each piece is designed in a very careful way, always aiming the satisfaction of our customers.

The embroiderers started from a very young age to learn the peculiar techniques of execution of this embroidery. This technique they use, which is considered unique, due to the fact that the fabric is sewn to a cardboard allows them to improve the embroidery because they can use both hands to perform it.
The embroidery of this region has always depended on the creativity of the embroiderer that is why there is a wide range of stitches which are applied in the pieces they produce.
