North America’s premier showcase for contemporary design, the ICFF annually lures those in determined pursuit of design’s timely truths and latest trends to an encyclopedic exhibition of up-to-the-moment offerings, as well as a series of fascinating, fun, edifying programs, and a packed schedule of exhibits and features.

Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site.

  • 30% due with contract - this is a Non-Refundable Fee  
  • 40% due on October 31, 2016 - exhibitor is liable for 40% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date
  • 100% due by February 28, 2017 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "2017 ICFF”. 

The initial booth processing fee must be made using a credit card or electronic check.  If you are unable to make  your deposit using a credit card or electronic check, please email your account representative (below) for further assistance.
