    Detroit Style Pizza Co. Dough Mix:

    Detroit Style Pizza Co. decided to make its dough mix commercially available in response to skyrocketing demand for Authentic Detroit Style Pizza, which in turn spurred demand for a dough mix that is consistent and simple to work with. These factors prompted the company to open a distribution center for its dough, pans and other resources in Metro Detroit.

    “Getting the dough right is the hardest part about baking Detroit Style Pizza, and restaurants have been struggling with consistency and simplicity.     A unique pizza, Detroit Style Pizza is made by pressing fresh dough into square pans – similar to the ones once used as utility parts trays by Detroit’s auto makers.
