  • While we will do our best to accommodate your booth request, we cannot guarantee until booth assignments are finalized. 
  • A deposit is required to request your space.  This is a non-refundable processing fee.
  • Once you have supplied your credit card information and made your initial deposit, you will be automatically charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule:
    • 15% of total booth invoice due by June 9, 2016 (Exhibitor is liable for 15% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.)
    • 50% of total booth invoice due by June 10, 2016 (Exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.)
    • 100% of total booth invoice due by December 1, 2016 (Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.)
