SHIPPING INFORMATION 

To have your boxes delivered by Freeman directly to the Salt Palace Convention Center prior to the exhibitor set up time above you must use the EMRA Residency Fair Label below and affix to all your boxes. Use your preferred shipping provider and make note of your tracking information in the event you need it onsite to locate any delayed or misplaced shipments.  For assistance, please call Freeman Exhibitor Services Department at 800-995-3579.  Note: Please contact Freeman to request the Freeman Shipping Information & Order Form to set up return shipping if needed.  Each exhibitor will need to box up and label their return shipments and schedule pick up with Freeman.

Freeman will receive advance shipments at the warehouse starting Aug 6 with a deadline of Aug 29.  No packages will be received directly to SPCC show site prior to Aug 29. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility.
