SHIPPING INFORMATION

To have your boxes delivered by Freeman directly to the Moscone Convention Center prior to the exhibitor set up time above you must use the attached EMRA JF shipping labels and affix to all your boxes. Use your preferred shipping provider and make note of your tracking information in the event you need it onsite to locate any delayed or misplaced shipments.  For assistance, please call Exhibitor Services Department at 800-995-3579.  Note: Please use the attached Freeman Shipping Information & Order Form to set up return shipping if needed.  Each exhibitor will need to box up and label their return shipments and schedule pick up with Freeman.
