Established over 40 years ago, Greenspan are a forward-thinking, market-focused company that specialises in the creative design and build of Adventure or Mini Golf Courses, Indoor and Outdoor Adventure Play Areas, and Bespoke Internal Theming.

What We Do

We work with many clients in multiple sectors with one vision in mind – delivering on their dreams of creating the most interactive and inspirational space for their particular area or venue. Over time we have found the best way of achieving this is by following this simple three-step process below. We will help you every step of the way

We transform our client’s ideas and dreams from wishful thinking into detailed visualisation sketches and then technical drawings.

Concept

Once concluded, our creative team of craftsmen take the drawings, and sculpt pretty designs and drawings into reality.

One Under, Liverpool

Welcome to Bold Street’s hottest new venue! 

One Under has launched its newest venue in Liverpool… Embrace the spirit of Dia de Los Muertos by playing the exciting, new 9-hole golf game. Each hole is inspired by the iconic Mexican holiday, featuring modern-day twists throughout. Interactive theming, flickering candles, larger-than-life skulls, neon artwork and thrilling challenges transport players directly into the vibrant festivities!

Time to hear from the team:

The course was designed with a Day of the Dead theme, which offers so much visual richness. The darker venue lent itself to creating a luminescent environment and allowed each hole to sing. The patterns, colours and material finishes were inspired by the vivid imagery of the Mexican festival day, aiming to celebrate some of its rituals and traditional décor through high quality props and lighting. – Hannah Day, Senior Creative.

The excitement doesn’t end there! This One Under venue also features a 9-hole ‘Ocean Themed’ mini-golf course, shuffleboard, Pool, Arcade Games, DJs and a 360° bar, making it a one-of-a-kind environment for the ultimate night out.

When we first asked Greenspan to look to develop our new outdoor play area, they came out to listen to our ideas and went away and drew up 3D drawings incorporating our thoughts along with original ideas of their own. We chose to use Greenspan because they seemed like a firm we could work with, nothing was too much trouble. The result is we have a fantastic play area called Topsy Turvy Towers which is unique to us, and the build quality is second to none.

Greenspan have undertaken a number of projects in the Park including a themed play area, bespoke elevated timber boardwalk with treetop classroom, Penguin Cove refurbishment, meerkat enclosure and are currently close to completing our new walk through aviary. Whilst each project has provided its unique challenges and complications, we have been very impressed with Greenspan’s ability to adapt, think outside the box and work to our (tight) deadlines and often specialist requirements. Greenspan worked well with our own site management procedures, and their staff are co-operative and willing to work alongside our own staff when required to do so.

Thank you to all at Greenspan for the installation of our play equipment at Longdown Activity Farm. We were extremely impressed with the professional way the project was handled from start to finish. The drawings provided gave us a clear indication of how the final product would look. The installation team were very courteous and experienced. The safety of our visitors was always paramount during the installation. The play equipment installed was of a very high standard and is currently giving our visitors hours of entertainment. Without any hesitation, we will be requesting Greenspan to design and install any future developments at Longdown Activity Farm.
