Plenary sessions

This year, the conference features two plenary sessions: an opening Plenary Session on Global Research Opportunities, featuring excellent speakers highlighting the state of the art and emerging areas of research, and a plenary session on Funding Research Opportunities featuring presentations on emerging funding opportunities from the U.S. Department of Defense agencies and the U.S. National Science Foundation.
