CLOSING PRESIDENT’S CELEBRATION

Sponsor this popular cocktail reception held on the closing night of the Convention, filled with music, food, and fun! Open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres for VIP attendees, and special remarks from Barbara Chester, President of NAESP, from Portland, Oregon. Advance invitations are sent out for this event. NEW MEMBER AND FIRST-TIME ATTENDEE BREAKFAST

The New Member Breakfast is the event to attend for new NAESP members and first-time attendees. This sponsorship allows you the opportunity to place one item in each chair at the breakfast, have your logo on the screen in the session, and receive a list of breakfast attendees. Estimated attendance is 300.

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

The NAESP Community Service Project encourages members to come together and give back to local communities on behalf of the education industry during the NAESP Annual Convention. Potential projects include off-site refurbishing or cleanup efforts at local elementary schools in the Tampa area. Aside from helping schools in need, the service project provides challenging teambuilding activities and an innovative venue for networking. In addition to a unique networking opportunity, each participant gains the satisfaction of helping out the community. The entire sponsorship fee will go directly to the schools involved in the community service project.

NAESP MENTOR CERTIFICATION AND PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

The NAESP Mentor and Leadership Programs at convention include three events: the Nationally Certified Principal Mentors reception, a training seminar, and a focus group for NAESP School Leadership Mentor Standards and NAESP Principal Standards. Highly energized school leaders discuss the future of the principalship and share their work from school districts around the country and world to develop effective succession plans. Sponsorships will have high visibility and will be acknowledged through links on the NAESP website and in the Convention Program book. Sponsorship materials can also be distributed at the events.

DIVERSE LEARNING COMMUNITIES NETWORKING RECEPTION

Through this event, as a sponsor you could have contact with a diverse gathering of active members from around the nation and groups within NAESP.

NDP RECEPTION

This is a networking opportunity for principals who have been selected as National Distinguished Principals by their respective sponsoring organizations. This recognition is based on the principal’s outstanding commitment to significantly improved student learning, meaningful community engagement, and safe supportive environments for all learners.

STATE REPRESENTATIVES RECEPTION

NAESP has a State Representative from each state who are the Association’s messengers, relaying information to and from the Association about conferences, workshops, school districts, state business, membership, etc…They give NAESP feedback and we communicate with them throughout the year. As a sponsor you could have contact with these representatives in each state and could in turn, enhance your sponsorship at local affiliate events.
