Expo Plan for Attendees and Exhibitors
Whether you are an attendee or an exhibitor, you can make your own map of the exposition hall, highlighting the exhibitors you plan to visit or those near your company’s booth. To find current exhibitors, search by keyword or by 2011 Exhibitors, and add them to your personalized Expo Plan.
After you have already reserved a booth, the Exhibitor Login allows you to preview your company’s listing, update details about your products and services, register booth personnel, and pay your invoice online. No log in is required to reserve a booth.

Know Who’s Calling You! Once again, it has come to our attention that housing agencies not affiliated with NAESP in any way have been contacting exhibitors to offer hotel reservations for NAESP’s Annual Convention.
Remember: NAESP’s Official Housing Company is Experient and they will NOT contact you directly without you first making contact with them! Experient is the only official housing company for NAESP. Reservations made through any other agency cannot and will not be guaranteed by NAESP and could result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or no hotel reservation at all once you arrive in Tampa.
Should you be contacted by any agency other than Experient, please e-mail Patrick Murphy with any details.
