Attendee List
The privacy and security of our attendees' data is important to us. Therefor, your purchase does not come with any form of attendee list. You are welcome to utilize the conference app and your onsite team to network with attendees as you see fit. Please be aware of fraudulent list vendors claiming to monetize the list of event attendees. NCTM nor its event organizers shares personal data with external sources.

Floor Covering
Per the terms of your exhibit agreement, all exhibits must have floor covering installed. Every exhibit has a different look and feel and floor covering does not come with your booth purchase. Flooring can be rented from our partners at Freeman, shipped in with your display or sourced locally. Exhibitors that do NOT have the required flooring will have standard carpeting laid for them before show open and will be responsible for all labor and rental fees associated.

Utilities & Cleaning
Similarly to floor covering, utilities (including, but not limited to internet and electrical) and cleaning services are not included with your booth purchase. If you need to contract those services, please utilize the exhibitor service kit documents as published by our partners at Freeman and available via the exhibitor console.
