In addition to the Exhibitor Service Center and Exhibitor Console created to assist you with your needs, we’ve also put together a tool-kit which you can use in your promotional efforts prior to conference. Letting your clients know you are part of a professional association like PRSM is important. This tool-kit contains sample email text, images for inclusion in email signatures and web banners. Last day for printed program descriptions |
Please submit your 500 characters maximum (about 75 words) Program book description in by January 23rd. Please login to the exhibitor console to enter your description. The description will be viewable online as well as be printed in the onsite program. MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT BOTH THE ONLINE AND PRINTED FORMS.
To update your description online, please Click Here.
- Enter your password (same one used to purchase your booth)
- Click on Edit Booth Info
- Fill in the Welcome Message. This is viewable when retailers visit your booth online.
- Fill in the Print Profile. This is viewable online and also is used as your printed program book description. **If you do not fill in this section by the deadline, the program book will list your company name, contact information and booth number we have for you in the database.

Please don’t forget to take advantage of the Complimentary Retailer Pass Program and invite your retail clients to PRSM2012! National Conference.
- Exhibiting Vendors can offer up to two one-day passes.
- Exhibiting Vendors will receive 1 priority point for each non-member you recruit to attend.
- A retailer is not eligible to receive a one day pass if another member of their organization is registered to attend the conference.
- Thursday passes will include all conference events scheduled on that day.
- Friday passes will include all conference events scheduled on that day except the Grand Finale Celebration. You have the option to purchase a ticket to the event.
