Before the show
Exhibitors set up an “online album” of marketing information intended for attendee viewing and collection. This album can contain phone, website, contact information, videos, literature, specials, images and other company marketing material!
During the show
With your own web-connected device (iPad, laptop, etc), simply log into your lead capture home screen.
Upon logging in, there are 3 ways to collect a lead—all 3 initiate a mutual exchange of information:
- Enter the attendee badge number.
- Display your InQuiRy code, which was generated at album setup. Attendee app users simply scan your code.
- Attendee’s app captures your online album with a simple tap.
After the show
Log into your account and export all data collected into a .csv format with a single click.
Continue to monitor activity after the show ends as your album remains “live” for up to one year!
