Scouting’s aims are character development, citizenship training, personal fitness, and leadership training. But the Scouts come for the FUN outdoor stuff! Our programs serve boys and girls from kindergarten through 5th grade (Cub Scouts), 11-17 years old (Scouting America, which was "Boy Scouts" before we opened up the program to girls in 2019), Venturing (14-20 years old), and Sea Scouts (14-20 years old). Volunteer Scouters provide guidance, training, and assistance to Scouts with disabilities, their parents, and their Scout leaders to help make their participation successful.
