Opportunities for placement of two branded runners per set of escalators in prominent areas within the Convention Center. Ensure attendees are aware of your presence at the meeting by securing one of these prime locations for visibility. Sponsorship includes production of the runner, installation and removal.

Customized key cards with your personalized design will be distributed to meeting attendees upon check in at the hotels. The sponsor is responsible for hotel distribution charges and the costs of producing the keycards.

We need the logo for the key cards no later than Oct 1, 2016.

Only exhibiting companies are eligible to hold a satellite symposium. The supporting company is responsible for the actions of its  employees and agents. Follow the guidelines to avoid forfeiture of exhibit and registration privileges, loss of priority points, or other sanctions. IDWeek requires that satellite symposia provide CME credit for their programs. Sponsoring companies will need to obtain credit from an accredited CME or CE provider. IDWeek does not provide continuing medical education (CME) or continuing education (CE) credit for satellite symposia and other affiliated events.

Let IDWeek capture and upload your session (session audio synchronized with slides-video recording would be additional costs) to its official Digital Library. CME is not required for this additional opportunity and it abides by industry guidelines since IDWeek already provides the library, complimentary, to all scientific registrants.
