Reserve your booth space for HDAW'24 online!
Please note the following:
- HDAW is a private conference and not open to the public.
- The cost for booth space is:
- $37.00 USD per square foot for ADS, AWDA/Auto Care Association, CVSN, and/or MEMA members.
- $60.00 USD per square foot for non-members.
- Island booths (open on all 4 sides) will be charged an additional $2,000 corner charge. Please note that an island configuration cannot be guaranteed.
- Peninsula booths (open on 3 sides) will be charged an additional $1,000 corner charge.
- Linear/standard booths assigned on a corner will be charged an additional $500 corner charge. Corners are not guaranteed, and charges will be added after booths are assigned.
- Exhibit space costs include two (2) full Conference registrations with each 10’ x 10’ booth (space) purchased. Additional Conference registrations will be charged $450 each for member companies or $800 each for non-member companies. Exhibiting supplier conference materials will be sent upon approval of the company by HDAW.
- A minimum of 50% of your total booth space cost is due with your space contract. An invoice will be sent to you from Conference Management once your application is submitted.
- All booths must be paid in full by November 13, 2023.
