In this session, participants compete in a popular game show format to see who really knows just how much is at stake every day in the amusement industry. While analyzing areas of risk exposure and claim valuation, participants interact directly in teams with our IALDA members, including legal, insurance, and risk management professionals who are actively engaged in representing the interests of the amusement and leisure industries. Join an experienced panel as they share their expertise, with hypothetical fact scenarios ranging from commonplace to catastrophic. Be engaged and entertained as you explore various aspects of claims in the amusement industry and try to lead your team to victory.
