Gregg has become one of the leading evangelists in the XR and tech community, speaking at over 200 events both domestically and internationally since 2016. In addition to last year’s IAAPA, speaking engagements include, Amusement Expo-VR Summit, Consumer Electronic Show (CES), Dubai Game Conference, G2E-Global Game Expo, Comic-Con, WonderCon (Future Tech Live), National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), IBC Show | Amsterdam, SIGGRAPH, SXSW, Mobile World Congress, Augmented World Expo (AWE), VR/AR Global Summit, and many others.
Previously, Gregg was Chief Strategist / Evangelist at Unofficial Cardboard, the pioneering and leading Google-Certified producer of ‘Google Cardboard VR’. Prior to XR, Gregg was one of the early adopters and producers of stereoscopic 3D in the early 2000s. Producer of the world’s very first high-definition 3D television broadcast (NBC’s ‘Medium’), Senior Stereoscopic Producer on X-Games 3D: The Movie, Executive Producer on Red Bull Media House’s first 3D production, ‘Rampage 3D’, and many others.
In the area of education, Gregg is a member of the advisory council of the Cal State University Entertainment Alliance (CSUEA), which features industry executives in the leading media & entertainment companies (Netflix, Disney, SAG/AFTRA, Sony, Univision, Amazon, NBC/Universal, and many others) that help guide the CSU’s efforts across their 23 universities to develop mutually beneficial industry partnerships and the most relevant course and career development standards to prepare students for professions in the entertainment business.
