A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Bridgette attended Truman State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a dual focus in Management and Marketing, and a minor in Business Psychology.
In her career in the amusement park industry, Bywater worked in a wide variety of roles including Human Resources, Park Operations, Safety, and Security. She later took on international responsibility as the Corporate Director of Operations for the Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. Bywater was recently named the new Vice President and General Manager of Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia and is excited for this next chapter in her career.
