Megan is currently part of the Resort Operations team at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, helping open the resort after extended closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Megan has been with Walt Disney World Resort for 8 years, holding a variety of roles in Attractions, Food & Beverage, Recreation and Front Office. Megan achieved her childhood dream of working for the Walt Disney Company when she started on the Disney College Program in 2013 as a water slide operator. After graduating from Rosen College of Hospitality Management, Megan pursued a career in leadership, working at a variety of Walt Disney World Resorts supporting both front office and recreation operations. In 2019, she was selected to open Disney’s Riviera Resort as a Recreation Guest Experience Manager, launching a new wave of recreation programming and setting bar for recreation property wide.

Megan is a member of the IAAPA Young Professionals Subcommittee and has participated in the IAAPA Show Ambassador Program both domestically and in Asia.

Megan graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and has been heavily involved in the IAAPA Show Ambassador Program both domestically and in Asia.
