RJ Mohindra is a Principal of FEC Real Estate. He leads the firm’s national practice of helping FEC (family entertainment center) owners in the leasing/purchasing of commercial real estate (CRE) for their operations. He did his Masters of Business Administration at Rice University with a focus in CRE, and has worked in the industry for 15+ years.
Before becoming a broker, RJ worked in corporate real estate for renowned multinational firms where he was responsible for managing his organization’s real estate portfolio. Having been both a tenant and a landlord, he is able to better serve his FEC clients with keen understanding of the strategy and vulnerability of both sides of the transaction.
