Darin Porter has been in the facilities management and construction industry for over 27 years. Of this time, 19 years have been dedicated to K-12 school operations. While on this journey, Darin has also started his own consulting business with an emphasis on best practices for asset management including preventive maintenance procedures, capital forecasting of assets, vendor management, scheduling, and work order tracking.
Darin’s expertise is CMMS implementation across all industries including manufacturing, property management, education, government agencies, and parks and resorts. Darin enjoys troubleshooting complex issues and solving problems for clients with simple, common-sense solutions and workflow processes.
