Alexis Fiore is a Senior Consultant at Integrated Insight, supporting clients in the attractions industry with simulation modeling and industrial engineering consulting. Alexis utilizes agent-based simulation to provide analysis for attractions and amusement parks to identify operational capacity, areas of congestion, bottlenecks, and guest satisfaction levels based on variables such as wait times, crowd levels, experience per caps, and length of stay.
Before Integrated Insight, Alexis worked at Walt Disney World where she supported back-of-house operational efficiency projects for both costuming and merchandise. Alexis has a BS, in Industrial Engineering and MS, in Industrial Engineering, both from Clemson University.
