DJ Hill is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience focused in lodging, hospitality, and real estate development. He is the principal founder of Peninsula Hospitality. Prior to establishing Peninsula Hospitality, Mr. Hill served as VP, Director of Operations, for Atlantic Management where he was an effective multi-unit asset manager while successfully engaging franchise relationships with Hilton Hotels Corporation, Cendant Hotels, and Intercontinental Hotels.
In 2006, Mr. Hill opened the UPS Store in Rehoboth Beach and in 2010 launched Homewatch Concierge, a personal property management company for luxury vacation homeowners. In 2016, he opened Lefty ‘s Alley & Eats in Lewes, DE. Lefty’s Alley & Eats is a 35,000 square foot boutique family entertainment center with 16 lanes of bowling, arcade, laser tag, axe throwing, and a full restaurant and bar.
DJ Hill is also actively involved in a variety of civic and professional organizations. He is currently a board member, volunteer, and Annual Campaign Chairman for the Sussex Family YMCA. In addition, he has been actively involved in the Boys & Girls Club, Meals on Wheels, and the Sussex County Land Trust
He is the past Sussex County Chairman of the Delaware Hotel and Lodging Association and was a gubernatorial appointee to the Delmarva Advisory Council. A graduate of Penn State University, Hill resides in Rehoboth Beach, DE and has three children.
