After an exciting and rewarding 16 year career with the Walt Disney Company, Bob is now a management consultant helping organizations develop and implement safety strategies so that no one gets hurt.

Bob also has a passion for helping organizations provide world class customer service to persons with disabilities using proven strategies that he used at Disney.

Bob is active in the amusement industry (IAAPA), a member of the International Amusement & Leisure Defense Association (IALDA), is a former executive member of ASTM International F-13 Committee (formerly American Society for Testing and Materials), member of ASTM F-24 committee, adjunct professor of risk management for the University of Central Florida and committee member of ANSI A117.1 Standard for Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities.

2003 -- DaVinci Award for Disney’s Handheld Captioning Technology
2004 -- New Ability Award for innovative technology allowing guests using wheelchairs to board amusement rides.
2006 – Heart Ready Advocate of the Year from the American Heart Association
2007 – Disabilities Matters Award for Work-life from Work Life Matters Magazine
2008 – Accessibility Award from National Association of the Deaf
2009 – Corporate Honors Award from the Invisible Disabilities Advocate Association
