Amy is currently the VP, Human Resources with Unleashed Brands, a kid centric multi-unit brand company with a portfolio of over 750 locations. Previously Amy was the VP of Human Resources of Urban Air Adventure Parks. She comes from a career with Six Flags Entertainment Corp working at multiple properties with leadership positions within the areas of Operations, Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management, Safety and Security. Amy brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience overseeing recruitment of thousands of seasonal and full-time staff, training and development, retention, employee relations, compensation and compliance. In addition, Amy has worked for a labor management software company specifically designed for the theme park/attractions industry assisting organizations with defining labor standards and maintaining compliance with ever-evolving labor laws.
Amy received her Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Park & Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University.
