Established in 1987, Research Casting International (RCI) has grown from a team of three to over 40 in 2021. We have the largest facility of its kind and have worked with institutions and theme parks such as Disney, Universal Studios, The Smithsonian, American Museum of Natural History. Our work includes theming, prop production, concrete, rockwork, artificial trees, 3D scanning and printing, 5 axis routing, hard coat and foam fabrication, bronze and aluminium casting, sculpting, specimen restoration, cast dinosaur mounting, fossil mounting, molding & casting, and more.
